First Interview
You’ll meet with someone on the team, usually via video chat, so we can get a better idea of your background and you can learn more about the role and Spektrix.
- Stage 3
Pairing Exercise
As this is a technical role we will need to assess your technical ability so will be asking you to attend a live code pairing session over video with one of our Engineers.
- Stage 4
Final Interview
The final interview stage is in two parts back-to-back. It consists of both technical and behavioural questions (with a short break between each part). This will give you a chance to meet more of the team at Spektrix and for you to get to know us better, and it also gives us a chance to learn more about you.
