Skills Assessment
Once we've received your CV and application, if we feel you may be a good fit we will send you a short skills assessment via email. This is an online form with some short questions that are linked to some of the main competencies of the role.
- Stage 3
First Interview (remote)
If we see you have the required core skills to succeed in the role after completing your online assessment, we will invite you to a first stage remote interview where we will ask you to go over some of your thinking behind your assessment as well as ask some behavioural-based questions.
- Stage 4
Final Interview (in person)
Following a successful first interview, you will be invited to a final stage interview. This will take place in-person in either our London or Manchester office based on your preferred location.
This interview will consist of two skills tests, one involving Excel (including Pivot Tables). There will also be some further questions to understand your past experience and suitability for the role. We will share the core themes for the questions in advance of the interview.
